Security Officer - Nights - Encinitas

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position for night shift located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. The Security Officer supports Scripps Health through the performance of duties which provide a reasonably safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, medical staff, and property. Is a visible deterrent to criminal activity and actively patrols assigned areas. Ensures policies and procedures are carried out and reports non-compliance. Responds to emergency situations and when appropriate provides guidance for the safe management of the situation, communicating with leadership as necessary.
