Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments to establish their therapy needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a diverse set of tailored therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy to best serve the client.

• Collaborate with other professionals in creating a multimodal treatment plan and give comprehensive care to clients facing multifaceted challenges.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, complying with all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate actively in continual learning by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.
