Health Care Occupational & Case Manager

We're Hiring: Health Care Occupational & Case Manager | Chicago, IL Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) looking to make an impact in occupational health and case management? We're seeking a Health Care Professional Nurse Case Manager to join a collaborative team supporting workers' compensation and employee health initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Shift: 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM Key Qualifications: RN, NP, or PA license required 2+ years of Occupational Health, Case Management, or related experience Knowledge of workers' compensation, disability management, and healthcare regulations Strong technical, computer, and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment What You'll Do: Manage workers' compensation and disability cases Coordinate healthcare resources and regulatory requirements Support safety and occupational health initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality case management outcomes If you're looking for an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise while making a meaningful impact, we'd love to connect! #J-18808-Ljbffr Pontoon Solutions
