JMH is seeking a Benefits Assistant - Senior to support the benefits team and ensure accurate benefit administration. This role serves as the primary contact for employees, assisting with questions about the self-pay process and manages the long-term disability process. Daily interactions with the benefits team and employees are required to ensure timely and efficient service. A Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field is preferred and 2 years of benefits experience is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr jmh
