Quick Facts Location: 205 North East Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201 Start Date: 05/05/2026 Contract Duration: Ongoing Shift: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday or Friday (strictly scheduled, no on-call) Hours/Week: 32-40 Employment Type: Travel/Locum to Perm opportunity Licenses/Certs: Valid CRNA certification, active state license Experience: At least 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $184.25/hr Pay Package: Competitive pay, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance (W-2) Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures across a variety of patient demographics, including pediatrics and geriatrics Support neurosurgical cases, managing neurological status before and after procedures Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as required Monitor and manage ventilation and respiratory status throughout surgeries Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a Level II Trauma Center setting Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR Respond quickly to emergencies, including airway management and intubation as needed Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards Contribute to a busy operating room schedule with approximately 50 cases per day What You Need Required: Valid CRNA certification and state licensure Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications Minimum 1 year anesthesia experience Preferred: Experience with neurosurgical cases and spinal anesthesia Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated anesthesia department at a respected hospital serving the Jacksonville community.
