Study Operations Manager (NIS) – Dermatology | FSP | Remote (Germany)

I’m currently supporting an opportunity within Medical Affairs focused on the operational delivery of non-interventional studies (NIS) in dermatology across Germany.

This is an FSP role, working in close partnership with a leading global organisation, and offers a remote working setup within Germany.

This position plays a key role in executing real-world evidence studies, serving as the operational link among Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, set-up, and execution of non-interventional studies (NIS)
• Coordinate site start-up activities, including feasibility, onboarding, and documentation
• Manage contracting processes for ~100 dermatology sites in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Act as the operational interface with CROs, vendors, and study partners
• Track study progress, timelines, budgets, and key milestones
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and elevate risks where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in clinical research, study operations, or project management
• Hands-on experience with non-interventional / observational studies (NIS)
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in German and strong in English
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
