This position operates in a remote outpatient office environment, allowing for flexibility in work hours while maintaining a structured schedule. The standard workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demand. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of the geriatric population, taking into account various cognitive, physical, and social challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and dementia-related disorders.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, offering a therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices and advancements in geriatric mental healthcare.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
