Who are we looking for??
An entry-level diesel mechanic who prioritizes safety and time management. An individual who is coachable and eager to learn. Applicants must be positive and willing to take on new challenges.
Minimum?Requirements:
A Diesel Mechanic must have the following:??
- Availability to work some Saturdays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Basic knowledge of:
- Hydraulics
- Electrical system
- Maintenance Experience Required: (minimum 1 year)
- Oil
- Tires
- Clutch replacements
- Rear differentials
- Full Drivers License (Driver Permits and Provisional Drivers License are excluded)
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is Preferred
About the position:?
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on the fleet
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Upkeep the general cleanliness of the Diesel Shop
- Comply with all Company & OSHA Safety Standards?
- Assist our fleet on the road as needed
- ?Other duties as assigned?

- Natural mechanical aptitude
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts
Physical Demands:??
Individuals must have the consistent ability to:?
- Stand their entire shift
- Lift, Push, Pull 70lbs regularly
- Work in an outdoor environment all year round
- Maintain continuous awareness of surroundings
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to the safety protocols and procedures
