Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate individual patient needs and identify mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on best practices and client preferences, utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the overall quality of care provided to patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a prerequisite.
