Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address the unique concerns of each patient.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and care continuity.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continually improve care practices and client outcomes.

• Providing patient and family education on mental health issues, encouraging informed decisions about treatment options, and identifying community resources available to them.

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals recovering from substance use issues and other co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
