Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients presenting at the detox center, examining their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, aligning interventions with patients' specific mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD.

• Offer ongoing psychotherapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages candid communication and emotional exploration.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to individual patient care.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and available treatment options.

The patients you will serve in this role are individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing direct psychotherapy and mental health services, ideally within a substance use or detox context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
