As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to our patients' recovery journeys from the comfort of your home. Our detox center operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive consistent and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health history, concerns, and strengths, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to effectively address various mental health challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals, addressing their unique needs while facilitating their healing process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care that ensures clients receive comprehensive support.

• Engage in crisis intervention and perform risk assessments as necessary, developing safety plans that prioritize the well-being of our clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster peer support and increase clients’ knowledge about their mental health conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring best practices for client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our detox center clientele may include individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, requiring a compassionate approach to recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus.
