Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating is calling all organizational gurus in the Redlands, CA area to apply to join our team full-time as an Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative ! WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY? This position comes with a competitive wage of $18 - $22 / hour and a Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm schedule with remote on-call weekend schedule . - Customer service experience
- Experience using a multi-phone system
- HVAC background with leading roles
- Ability to multi-task various duties such as ordering parts, customer service, and dispatching technicians
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
- HVAC industry experience desired but not required
