Sails American Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. We’re looking for a chef who takes pride in exceptional food, consistency, presentation, leadership, and hospitality — and who wants to grow within a high-quality restaurant environment. THE OPPORTUNITY
• Support daily culinary operations and service
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
• Oversee preparation, line execution and kitchen organization
• Assist with ordering, inventory and food-cost management
• Uphold high standards for sanitation and food safety
• Work closely with culinary leadership to continuously improve the operation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years of professional culinary experience required
• Previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable and team-oriented
• High standards for food and execution
• A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people COMPENSATION
Salary Starting at $75,000 and up from there with additional Annual Bonus based on performance TBD based on experience & qualifications Sails American Grill
