Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to support a large-scale I-9 audit and correction project for a well-known national restaurant brand. This is a focused, heads-down role where your primary responsibility will be reviewing, correcting, and tracking I-9 documentation across a high volume of employee records. If you have a sharp eye for detail, know your way around an I-9, and are comfortable following up persistently to get things done, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Review I-9 forms for errors, including missing information, incorrect fields, and improperly completed sections
- Follow up with restaurant managers to obtain missing information and ensure timely corrections
- Coordinate with employees to correct Section 1 errors and collect required documents
- Print, scan, and physically handle corrected I-9 documents
- Provide compliant guidance to managers and employees while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Track and maintain accurate audit logs throughout the project
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk compliance issues to the appropriate HR leadership
- I-9 experience is a must
- Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable following up with managers and holding people accountable without being confrontational
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential employee information
- Self-sufficient and not reliant on heavy direction to get work done
- Laid back, easy to work with, and collaborative team player
- I-9 experience required
- HRIS experience a plus (any system)
- No degree required, relevant experience will be considered
- Comfortable with printing, scanning, and high-volume document handling
