Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

At Lincoln Property Company, the Accounts Payable Specialist supports the financial system by managing transactions related to accounts payable. This role processes invoices, verifies payment details, and maintains accurate records while communicating with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable: Retrieve deposit, wire, and ACH information from multiple bank accounts Deposit checks via remote deposit Enter cash receipts into Microsoft Access Upload cash receipt Excel template to JD Edwards Correspond with accountants on outstanding management fees Work with corporate accounting team on recording and researching payments Maintain spreadsheets to track fees Accounts Payable: Review payment reports ensuring all details are correct Process payments through variance accounting systems and electronic payments Verify all payments have been processed correctly per accounting reports Send payments to property management sites Send payments directly to vendors when necessary Save electronic payment backups to shared drive Scan accounting AP check reports to shared drive Service/Personal/Management Skills: Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Interaction with staff, supervisors, peers, and clients Good organizational skills Data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail Multitasking ability Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Qualifications 3+ years of accounts receivable/accounts payable experience Education Associate's degree in Accounting preferred Technical Skills Experience with MRI, Yardi, JD Edwards (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Pay Range $26 – $30 USD per hour Equal Opportunity Employment LPC is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
