Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion.
- Prepare the cath lab area, support sterile technique, and assist during interventional procedures as needed.
- Monitor patients’ hemodynamics, administer medications as appropriate, respond to emergencies, and document care accurately.
- Facilitate patient and family education related to procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care; communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Experience in cath lab or interventional procedures preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to participate in credentialing and onboarding processes for assignment
