The Recruiter serves as a member of the Human Resources department, partnering with Operations teams to fulfill their staffing needs for a variety of roles throughout NY, PA, MA, MI, IL.As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our HR team, collaborating with Operations to fulfill all current and future staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include defining the position requirements, sourcing top talent, and fostering positive relationships with potential candidates, internal customers, clients, industry experts, and vendors.At Associa, we have been honored as the Best Place to Work for several consecutive years. We take pride in providing our employees with excellent medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more benefits.This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, TX location.Essential Job Functions:Build positive relationships with potential candidates, internal customers, clients, industry experts, and vendorsDevelop proactive and creative sourcing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing for the regionManage job requisitions assertively and anticipate upcoming recruiting needs to deliver high quality talentMaintain constant communication with HR and Operations teams to stay apprised of operational objectives and branch needsEvaluate candidates for suitability - Coordinate and conduct interviews in person or virtuallyIdentify, register for and participate in recruiting eventsAssist with assessment of internal talent and help identify employee career development criteriaPerform administrative duties including preparing reportsMonitor recruiting metrics and present recommendations for process enhancementsMaintain knowledge of current trends and industry best practices, as well as all applicable lawsFollow internal onboarding processes for timely and accurate completionOther duties as assignedQualifications:2-3 years recruiting experience requiredVolume recruiting experience highly preferredHighly motivated, energetic, proactive, and a team playerThrives in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesEngaging and compelling presenter with confidence in public speakingExceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished, professional and friendly demeanorConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilitiesDemonstrated proficiency with current Microsoft Programs including Teams, Outlook, Excel and WordFamiliarity using as ADP RM, Indeed etc. or comparable ATS systemsFamiliarity with sourcing techniquesAgency experience a plus with ability to work in a corporate structured environmentExcellent customer service skills and timely follow-upMaintain effective time to fill metricsTime management and time critical prioritization skillsDetail-oriented with effective organizational skillsAbility to track and report position statusWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
