Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to meet specific business requirements. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.Responsibilities- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of financial management initiatives- Guiding the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve client goals- Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations- Coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client services- Overseeing compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations- Engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts and issues- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client outcomes- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to identify and address financial challengesWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis- Utilizing economic forecasting to inform strategic decisions- Embracing change and innovation in financial markets- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for real estate consulting- Developing skills in financial risk management and portfolio optimization- Excelling in compliance with accounting standards and regulationsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
