Operating in the outpatient clinic model, our counselors enjoy a flexible yet structured work schedule, primarily Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychological and emotional needs of each senior client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with applicable regulatory standards, ensuring a thorough record of client interactions.

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients, family members, and relevant service organizations, facilitating a network of resources and support.

• Assist in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and uphold the center's high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving geriatric clients dealing with the multifaceted issues of aging. This includes those experiencing grief, loss, major life transitions, or other age-related challenges. Our mental health counselors are trained to navigate the sensitivities of this age group and provide specialized support that respects their unique experiences and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• A minimum of four years of recent, direct experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly in geriatric settings.

• Demonstrated knowledge in geriatric mental health, with additional training or specialization in aging-related issues being highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 95,000 annually, based on prior experience and qualifications.
