About the Role
The People Advisor exists to support Gravity Global's people experience in the United States as the business grows, ensuring local delivery is aligned with the wider Global People team and business priorities. This role will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, and promoting global processes, policies, and initiatives in a way that feels clear, practical, and relevant locally. This position is a hands-on, people-facing role that combines strong HR foundations, local employment law knowledge, and a focus on employee experience, accuracy, and compliance.
