Health Tech Product Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the next generation of healthcare technology products and experiences. This is a high-impact product leadership role for someone who has personally taken products from idea through launch and commercialization and knows how to operate across Product, Engineering, customers, and executive leadership.

The immediate focus is on strengthening and advancing the organization's existing product organization. Over time, this person will also have the opportunity to contribute to market assessment, new market entry, and identifying opportunities for future growth.

We're looking for someone who brings a builder mentality: someone who sees an opportunity, figures out what should be built, gets the organization aligned, and drives it through execution.

Qualifications:

• Own products end-to-end, from identifying customer problems and defining the opportunity through product strategy, development, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Partner closely with Engineering to translate customer and business needs into products that are technically sound, scalable, and valuable.
\n
• Lead product discovery through customer research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and Voice of Customer.
\n
• Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align customer needs with business objectives.
\n
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
\n
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and leadership to bring products to market and achieve measurable business outcomes.
\n
• Bring modern product management practices, tools, processes, and best practices to a high-performing product and engineering organization.
\n
• Evaluate emerging opportunities and contribute to market assessments, new market entry, and go-to-market strategy as the business develops those opportunities.

• Communicate product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and results effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

\n
• 7+ years of product management or closely related product experience, with significant experience owning technology products.
\n
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product experience and true end-to-end product ownership.
\n
• Experience working with patient-facing healthcare technology, healthcare consumer applications, digital health, patient engagement, or technology used directly by patients and/or clinical staff.
\n
• Strong experience partnering closely with Engineering and operating within a mature, high-performing product and engineering environment.
\n
• Ability to operate comfortably at multiple levels, from working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to presenting strategy to C-suite executives and customers.
\n
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect product decisions to customer value and business outcomes.
\n
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• A high-energy, entrepreneurial "build it" mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguity.
\n
• Experience with market assessment, market entry, go-to-market strategy, or business-case development is highly desirable.
\n
• Experience in a role that demonstrates the ability to grow into a Director-level product leadership position.
