ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, starting my career while attending Illinois State University. I’m originally from Rock Falls and bring a strong understanding of the industry along with a passion for building a successful, people-focused agency. For our team, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including 15 days of PTO plus sick time, all bank holidays off, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We also offer a hiring bonus for licensed candidates and will cover licensing costs for those who are not yet licensed. Our office culture is fun, family-oriented, and fast-paced. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
