You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:Providing individualized therapyImplementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integrationCollaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Hourly Rate: $35-$40/hourCompetitive Paid Time Off Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-6:30pm, Friday 3-5:30pm; opportunity for Saturday 9am-2:30pm Location: 1409 W.
