Logistics Coordinator

Supporting day-to-day logistics operations, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage transportation coordination, shipment documentation, and delivery tracking in a remote environment across domestic and international operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments through approved transportation providers Create, review, and maintain shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders regarding delays and delivery confirmations Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum of four years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Working knowledge of domestic and international transportation processes and shipping documentation Demonstrated experience coordinating shipments and communicating with various stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
