The Opportunity This position is based at one of our Redwood City, CA locations in the Cancer Diagnostics division. The Cancer Diagnostics division was established through Abbott's acquisition of Exact Sciences in March 2026, bringing together Abbott's global diagnostics infrastructure with Exact Sciences' cancer screening and diagnostics expertise to advance early cancer detection and improve patient outcomes. What You’ll Work On Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including onboarding, service milestones, and engagement data, to support business decisions and employee experience priorities. Partner with BHR to translate data and project insights into recommendations that drive engagement, continuous improvement, and sustainable outcomes. Support annual HR processes, including goal setting, talent management, performance assessment, rewards planning, and manager follow-up. Contribute to HR projects, including job description maintenance, career paths, employee data management, implementation reviews, presentations, and reports. Apply HR practices and tools that advance business priorities, strengthen employee engagement, and support positive employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies and exercise sound judgment in recommending actions with general direction. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources such as generalist or HR specialist roles (e.g., HR project management, performance management, compensation, training/learning, employee relations, recruiting, service center, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Workday or similar experience with another HRIS system required Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity Demonstrated ability to take appropriate decisions, communicate effectively and focus on continuous improvement outcomes Experience working in matrix environments and successfully delivering results through collaboration Experience with data analytics and translating quantitative and qualitative data into meaningful and actionable information The base pay for this position is $90,000.00 – $180,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
