Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft® team.
- Guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Drive local store marketing and help achieve sales and profit goals.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers the highest quality meats.
Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
