Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine patients' mental health needs and devise tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact primarily with adults undergoing rehabilitation, many of whom experience emotional difficulties related to their physical health challenges. The diverse nature of our client base means you will encounter various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is crucial in helping these patients navigate their mental well-being as they recover physically.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required; a Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Proven expertise in understanding the unique mental health challenges associated with patients undergoing rehabilitation therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
