Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients across California from the comfort of your own space. The flexible work setting allows for an accessible work-life balance while ensuring you provide high-quality care. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that incorporate evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other related techniques that align with best practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring patient privacy and data security.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, leveraging collective insights to continuously enhance the quality of care offered to clients.

• Provide education to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health diagnoses, treatment methods, and available community resources.

• Stay informed of advancements and research in the mental health field to inform therapeutic practices and contribute to ongoing professional development.

You will primarily engage with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, trauma survivors, and those seeking personal growth. Your role in providing compassionate and individualized care helps clients navigate their unique experiences, fostering growth and resilience throughout their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A strong understanding of solution-focused intervention techniques, enabling you to adapt therapeutic methods to fit the individualized needs of your clients.
