Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your main responsibilities will encompass:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health needs. These clients may be seeking support for issues such as anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, and relational challenges. Your role as their therapist will be crucial in providing the necessary guidance and skills to enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions on record and no limited or provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with clients.

• Proficiency with computer technology and telehealth platforms for seamless client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in a telehealth setting, familiarity with population-specific challenges, and expertise in solution-focused therapy approaches will enhance your candidacy.
