Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• An independent and active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach, exemplifying a non-judgmental demeanor to support client engagement and healing.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage therapy schedules and client needs effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, candidates with additional specialized training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience in delivering care remotely will also be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
