Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in assisting clients in understanding and managing their mental health, helping them to develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• An active and independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when working with diverse populations.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a robust caseload efficiently.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions or professional misconduct.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy or specialized frameworks such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
