Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse experiences and backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseload and responsibilities.

• No professional disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least two years of post-licensure experience in a related field is required, therapeutic experience with adults in an outpatient setting will be highly regarded. A proven track record in using teletherapy tools effectively will also be an advantage in this seamless virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 , commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
