Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling which may include weekly or bi-weekly follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

• Handle crisis situations effectively, employing strong clinical judgment to navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges faced by clients.
\n
• Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) and manage case documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Foster a nurturing and empathetic therapeutic relationship, adapting approaches based on individual patient preferences and responses to treatment.

• Engage in collaboration with other mental health professionals and case managers to enhance client care and integrate services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse patients presenting various mental health issues including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief, and trauma. The role demands a nuanced understanding of these disorders, combined with a compassionate approach to support clients through their challenges, empowering them to achieve their personal therapy goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is necessary.

• Confirmed experience with multiple psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide spectrum of mental health conditions.

• Strong diagnostic, clinical skills, and the ability to manage diverse client needs within a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
\n
• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third-party screening.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n
