Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor is required, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record systems are highly preferred. Candidates who have worked in community health settings or have experience with crisis intervention are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
