• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Manage a flexible caseload by selecting the number of clients you see through our supporting platform, Headway, enabling you to set your own working hours.

• Utilize our marketing support and best practices to grow your client base, enhancing your practice’s visibility and outreach.

• Provide live, customized support to both clinicians and clients, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience in the therapeutic process.

• Instantly verify client insurance benefits using automated tools, facilitating uninterrupted access to care for your clients and allowing you to focus on providing quality therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, relationship issues, and emotional trauma. We serve various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples requiring support in navigating their personal trials. As a therapist, your empathy and expertise will empower clients to foster healthier relationships and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is preferred.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
