We are seeking reliable and detailoriented CNC Machine Operators to join a growing precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines who take pride in producing highquality, tighttolerance parts.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mill, Lathe, and/or Swiss machines to produce precision components
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Perform inprocess and final inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work independently and support junior machinists as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Experience using precision metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.)
• Experience in aerospace, medical device, or automotive manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and quality focus

Preferred Experience

• Handson experience with machines such as:
  • HAAS UMC 500SS
  • Puma TT2100SYYB
  • Doosan LYNX 2100LSY
  • CITIZEN Miyano BNE65MYY
• OSHA, GD&T, or related manufacturing certifications

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jordan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
