Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences among participants addressing common mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
