Leasing Agent - Morgantown

Monday - Saturday and 8:00am - 6:00pm availability (schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance. Saturdays is not required every week - it is on a rotation basis)
40 hours a week, plus rotating Saturday's. Overtime available.
Objectives:
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process
- Follow up on leads/prospective residents
- Ensure lease agreements are executed accurately
- Lease up all properties
Responsibilities:
- Tour properties/apartments w/ prospective residents
- Follow up on tours
- Communicate effectively w/ residents/future residents/co-workers/management through email, phone, and in-person
- Assist in the lease signing process
- Answer telephones, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Greet residents/prospective residents when they enter the office
- Update file records
- Update Management on daily tasks
Physical Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Occasionally lifting 20 - 25 pounds
- Walking up and down flights of stairs
Compensation:
- Base rate ($14.50/hr)
- Monthly Commission on new leases and renewal leases, $45/lease
