Agile\Scrum Project Manager - Remote

Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and manage ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega projects from conception to implementation.
- Work closely with business partners (Customer Operations, Electric Operations, Customer Energy Solutions) to deliver system enhancements and new applications.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and Microsoft Azure DevOps protocols for task, defect, and time reporting.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, scrum ceremonies, and working sessions.
- Prepare and distribute detailed progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with product owners to document business requirements and coordinate project schedules.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and knowledge transitions to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
- Communicate project requirements, plans, and changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate activities across geographically distributed teams.
- Define and manage release scope and schedule to deliver consistent value.
- Identify project obstacles and proactively work to resolve them, escalating as necessary.
- Represent the project team in meetings and official functions.
- Develop and manage detailed project and work plans, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Secure senior management approval for major project plans, commitments, and changes.
- Define team member roles and responsibilities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Support team development by holding members accountable, removing obstacles, and facilitating growth.
- Leverage organizational resources and manage supplier/subcontractor relationships.
- Utilize Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, and SaFE methodologies for successful project execution.
- Lead and mentor IT project teams; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents and detailed user stories.
- Document and communicate progress, implement corrective actions, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure adherence to project processes and best practices, collaborating with Scrum Master as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks, negotiating changes to requirements and commitments.
- Review ongoing and proposed projects for reuse and process improvement opportunities.
