Title Sales Assistant Location San Marcos, Texas Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Assistant supports the new home sales process and maintains the assigned show home(s) or sales center while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying process. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure excellent customer service is provided. Provide customers with show home tours, product information, and answer incoming calls and emails to book appointments. Assist in qualifying potential purchasers, track customer information, and support financing processes. Maintain show home(s) or sales center to be appealing: tidy décor, straighten signage, maintain inventory of kitchen and washroom supplies, and identify repair needs. Support customers during the home building process, coordinate project changes, provide progress updates, and arrange walkthroughs. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, calendar management, tracing customer deposits, maintaining office supplies, brochures, and signage. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 6 months of sales experience in residential home building industry. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Clean criminal record and driver abstract upon verification. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM and accounting software (HubSpot, NewStar, etc.).
