Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Arizona
• Prior experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
• Comfort with pediatric caseloads across Pre-K through high school
• Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods is a plus
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and faculty
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, including both in-person and virtual support where needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate progress, strategies, and recommendations to families and team members
• Offer coverage for maternity leaves and other temporary absences, adapting seamlessly to changing caseloads
