International Growth Manager- Nordics (w/f/d)

We are looking for an International Growth Manager to build and scale our Nordic presence, with an initial focus on Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. You will spearhead the international expansion of our flagship brand, GoLighter, within the fast-growing GLP-1 weight‑management market. This is not a purely strategic role. You will take ownership of market entry, launch execution, and commercial growth across the Nordics. Working closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Medical, and Legal teams, you will turn market insights into scalable, successful country launches.
