Warehouse / Blender Trainee
We are seeking a hardworking, dependable individual with a background in general warehouse, construction, or landscaping who is ready to learn a trade. If you have a strong work ethic, know how to read a tape measure, and aren't afraid of a physically demanding environment,  we will fully train you on our production and machinery operations.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 / HR
• Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday through Friday (Will fully train on 1st shift!)
• Location: Houston, TX 77041
• Required PPE: Steel-toed boots

Core Responsibilities:

• Mixing & Pre-forming: Weigh and measure PTFE resins, pigments, and lubricants; operate pre-forming equipment to create billets for extrusion.
• Learn to set up, adjust, and safely run basic production machinery, mechanical equipment, and hand tools.
• Master the use of basic measurement tools (tape measures, gauges, or calipers) to ensure all finished products match exact specifications.
• Safely load, unload, and relocate heavy supply drums or packages while keeping accurate counts and tagging stock correctly.
• Take pride in your workspace. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment by sweeping, washing, detailing work areas, and keeping aisles clear.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in general warehouse, construction, general labor, or manufacturing, but a great attitude!
• Ability to work in a cold environment (freezer) 
• Must have basic math skills and be comfortable reading basic measurements.
• Ability to frequently lift, pull, push, and move up to 35 lbs.
• Capability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and stay active on your feet for an entire shift.
• A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
