SKILLS REQUIRED

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience working closely with Development, QA, and Product teams

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

• Ability to identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery

• Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, and team performance

• Knowledge of QA processes, testing practices, and software delivery workflows

• Technical background or experience supporting engineering teams is highly preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support software development teams responsible for delivering construction management applications. This role requires a hands-on Agile professional who can effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive collaboration across Development and QA teams, and ensure successful execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software delivery processes, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to improve productivity, transparency, and delivery outcomes. Candidates with a technical background and experience supporting engineering organizations will be highly preferred.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Support Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure successful project delivery

• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team performance and sprint goals

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and objectives

• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and delivery risks

• Promote accountability, transparency, and effective communication across cross-functional teams

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and product quality

• Assist in release planning, dependency management, and delivery forecasting

• Foster a collaborative environment that supports high-performing, self-organizing teams
