Modal is hiring its first Account Managers to own a book of business from day one and to help shape the AM function. You will engage with developers and ML teams, translate technical needs into commercial actions, and drive retention and expansion across your accounts. You’ll work closely with Engineering, FDEs, Support, and Product as you build scalable processes, communicate value, and travel to customers as needed to unlock growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
