Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional and relational issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, specifically adapting your approach through modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, whether individual, couples, or group therapy, fostering open communication and helping clients develop constructive relationship dynamics.

• Engage with the broader healthcare team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all clients.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations, to ensure client confidentiality and safety.
\n
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills, including supervision sessions and case consultations.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, effectively managing urgent situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse population within the community, including individuals from different backgrounds, couples navigating relationship difficulties, and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with clients experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, impacting their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred; however, new graduates with supervised clinical hours may also be considered.

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in trauma-informed care practices alongside cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

While 1-2 years of prior clinical experience is preferred, we are open to considering new graduates who possess supervised clinical hours and a strong theoretical understanding of therapeutic practices. Experience working with diverse populations and in community health settings will be beneficial, as will a background in using virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, consistent with your qualifications and experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
