Your Future Role This role will be responsible for developing assigned key Industrial OEMs, supporting the growth and meeting/exceeding revenue and profit targets for the IEC Low Voltage Motor Business in your area. You will help build and implement a comprehensive growth plan to leverage existing business relationships and establish new partnerships. The role works with various teams to define product development requirements with customers. Developing, planning and leading all aspects of growth initiatives to achieve market share growth and diversification across all product lines for the Innomotics IEC Low Voltage Motors business. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs, establishing strategies and growth programs. Identify trendsetting ideas through industry research, analyze market changes and competitive landscape, and collaborate with portfolio management teams to plan and implement strategies for future market needs. Support new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating project proposals, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Build trust and long‑term relationships with clients and customers. Provide technical training support to customers. Improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty. Attend and present at conferences, meetings, and industry events. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics preferred or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field of electric motor products. Goal‑oriented, organized teammate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation. Able to multi‑task, prioritize, and handle time efficiently. Self‑motivated and self‑directed, capable of thriving with minimal guidance, proactively handling uncertainty. Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects. Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM tools. 75% ability to travel to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions. Pay range for this position: $70,947.80 - $182,437.20. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
