JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage projects with limited oversight from senior staff.

\n

• Project management of remediation and reconstruction of mold, asbestos, lead, water, fire, and smoke.

\n

• Source suppliers best equipped for project scope of work.

\n

• Collect and analyze supplier quotes.

\n

• Ability to manage 2 or more projects at once.

\n

• Beginning understanding of Xactimate, Simbility, T&M, and other cost proposal formats.

\n

• Complete customer proposals with strong oversight from senior staff.

\n

• Thorough understanding of IH assessments and testing results.

\n

• Complete understanding of systems and processes.

\n

• Complete understanding of customer specific expectations and procedures.

\n

• Job shadow project managers on more complex project scopes of work.

\n

• Technical understanding of scope of work, best practices, and change orders.

\n

• Develop supplier authorizations with detailed scope of work and NTE's.

\n

• Proficient understanding of cost, revenue, margin enhancement opportunities, and standard market pricing.

\n

• Strong customer services skills. Highly responsive internally and externally.

\n

• Excels in a team atmosphere by collaborating, being committed to each other's success, and making improvement suggestions.

\n

• Detail orientated including keeping detailed notes and job files.

\n

• Self driven while still highly coachable and open to constructive criticism.

\n

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

\n

• Proficient understanding of cost, revenue and gross margins.

\n

• Willingness to learn and grow knowledge through experience within the role.

\n

• Focus on active listening for problem solving and solution-based responses.

\n

EXPERIENCE

\n

Experience – 2-5 years in indoor air quality field or project management industry

\n

\n

Comp: $55,000-$60,000
