Billing Clerk
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support billing operations, the remote Billing Clerk will monitor and process transactions, coordinate accurate premium processing, and prepare monthly bills for alternately billed groups. Key responsibilities Monitor, process, and document various billing transactions, including adjustments and delinquencies Coordinate with business areas to ensure accurate billing and fee disclosures Audit billing information for accuracy and develop solutions for billing issues Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Intermediate knowledge of systems such as Group Access, AdminEase, and Excel 2-3 years of customer service experience Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex billing issues
